Implemented and supervised an educational remedial training program that saved over $350,000 annually on attrition. Was recognized by the Secretary of the Navy with the presentation of the Navy Commendation Medal.

Maintained and negotiated an educational government contract of 65 teachers, supervisors and the Dean of Education.

Led weekly meetings of 15 to 30 people, developing and implementing short-, mid- and long-term training plans.
