Accomplishments:

Applied the training to over 31 technical employees in the areas of: solid state devices, transistor theory, integrated circuit components, transformers, generators, electronic control circuitry, electronics schematics, wiring diagrams and technical publications.

Administered an aggressive Avionics Production Program. Upon arrival to the Avionics Department, this department had over 250 communication and navigational aircraft discrepancies, dynamic leadership attributes and strong technical knowledge reduced these 250 discrepancies to 72 within 100 days.

Researched and Developed instructions and procedures for the first ever used Time-Domain Reflectometry Test System in the Department of Defense. Resulting in a 41% decrease in aircraft electronic troubleshooting time.

Developed and Managed a total electronic curriculum rewrite for the Basic Electronics and Electricity School for the Department of the Navy. Not only was the instructor's lesson guides rewritten, the student guides, lab manuals and all training aids were also rewritten.

Structured the maintenance schedules, of 18 aircraft that led to over 155,000 accident free flight hours. Was recognized by the Secretary of the Navy with the presentation of the Navy Achievement Medal for sustained superior performance.

Developed new aviation maintenance tracking procedures that took a squadron of 18 aircraft from less than 50% mission ready to 100% mission ready within 40 days.
