Accomplishments:
Over 10 years progressive experience and responsibility with documented success in the areas of management at various organizational levels.
Developed new aviation maintenance tracking procedures that took a squadron of 18 aircraft from less than 50% mission ready to 100% mission ready within 40 days.
Structured the maintenance schedules, of 18 aircraft that led to over 155,000 accident free flight hours. Was recognized by the Secretary of the Navy with the presentation of the Navy Achievement Medal for sustained superior performance.
Planned, Organized and Implemented the Department of the Navy's academic single shift objective. Recognized a 1.2 million dollar savings by identifying a course of action that eliminated the need of additional equipment procurements.
Selected as the military's representative during the civilian contract rewrite. This new government contract will effect in excess of 150 civilian employees over a five year period. This new rewrite also better serves the Department of Defense's educational system by ensuring the continuity between the civilian contractor and the military's need of high standard of training that is required within the aviation community
Managed and tracked all of the special oil samples for contamination that saved over $620,000 annually on replacement of gearboxes BEFORE they were damaged.
