Over 10 years progressive experience and responsibility with documented success in the areas of training management at various organizational levels.

Planned, organized and implemented a total curriculum rewrite, consisting of over 320 contact periods. Developed lesson guides, student guides, lab manuals and all training aids. This resulted in a 28% decrease in academic failures, setbacks and attritions.

Initiated a Remedial Instruction Program identifying students needing assistance PRIOR to becoming academically deficient. This program saved over $350,000 annually on attrition.

Selected as the military's representative during the civilian contract rewrite. This new government contract will effect in excess of 150 civilian employees over a five year period. This new rewrite also better serves the Department of Defense's educational system by ensuring the continuity between the civilian contractor and the military's need of high standard of training that is required within the aviation community

Directly responsible for 31% of the Avionics Technician Course curriculum maintenance and testing requirements.

Consistently received the grade of OUTSTANDING on all Unit Quality Assurance Audits.

Demonstrated excellence in leadership, technical competence and application of instructor methodology which led to the designation as a MASTER TRAINING SPECIALIST by the Commanding Officer, Naval Technical Training Center.

Certified as an Instructor Evaluator for the Department of the Navy.
